No.1 Doing Things Selectively
We need to spend a lot of time to do important but not urgent things by prior arrangement; don't do unimportant and not urgent things; unimportant but urgent things should be done by others.
No.2 Setting a Invisible Deadline
Sometimes task is important but deadline is far away from now. At this time, in order to prevent delays, we should set ourselves some phased invisible deadline to supervise our progress in completing these tasks.
No.3 Cultivating Great Studying Method
Based on personal experiences, Prof. Huang list 3 advices about studying methods.
1. Pomodoro Technique (Set a timer for 25 minutes and work steadily until the timer goes off.)
2. Uni-core Technique (Avoid multi-task and focus on one thing at one time.)
3. List Top 3 Important tasks Everyday (If you finished all three tasks, you have achieved success today.)
