Night Run Tips & Guidelines
【Before You Run】
Eating Tips: Avoid running immediately after meals. It’s recommended to wait at least 30 minutes after eating.
Dress Code: Please wear breathable and comfortable sportswear and running shoes.
Health Check: Participants should ensure they are free from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other conditions unsuitable for exercise. Do not participate if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
【Safety During the Run】
Warm-up: If you miss the group warm-up, please make sure to warm up adequately on your own.
Body Signals: If you feel any discomfort while running, stop immediately and take a rest.
Energy Station: McDonald's refreshment stations will be set up along the route, offering beverages.
【Other Reminders】
Personal Items: Please take good care of your personal belongings.
Post-Run Care: Light stretching is recommended after running to ease muscle tension.

Biography of Guest
Zhang Zhengye, a 2022 graduate from Muse College, the School of Humanities and Social Science at CUHK-Shenzhen, holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting. She currently serves as a freelance translator and Localization Manager for an overseas company. As a dedicated CrossFitter, she has three years of functional training experience, with following competitive achievements:
- 1st Place, 2023 Spartan DEKA FIT (Age Group 18–24)
- Top 25 Finalist, 2023 Asia Fitness Championship Women’s Individual Elite
- 1st Place, 2024 Spartan Sprint Shanghai (Age Group 18–24)
- Team Champion, 2024 Lululemon SSG Shanghai Final
- 72nd in China, 2025 CrossFit Open (Individual Women)
